This portal stores participant names, email addresses, account password hashes, session attendance and self-reported catch-up completion to administer the IMPACT 26 DMin Project.

Only you can see your student account and progress. Neil Thompson, the project director, can manage participant and session records. The public landing page does not show participant information.

Weekly RPMS check-ins store your four self-reported ratings, reporting week, submission time and optional reflections. You and Neil can view your ratings and their history. Reflections are private in the portal unless you explicitly share an individual reflection with Neil. You may withdraw sharing at any time; this stops future access in the portal but cannot remove copies already downloaded or printed. Deleting a linked student account or withdrawing a participant removes their RPMS records as well. Contact Neil about research withdrawal or deleting research records.

The project director’s personal RPMS check-ins are stored separately from student participation records and can only be accessed through his authorised administrator account.

Recordings and summaries contain shared group session material. Do not place individual coaching conversations or confidential research responses in the session library. Contact Neil directly about account access, corrections or withdrawal.
